Part of the Klober’s Roll Fix Offering; the Roll Fix Concrete Universal Hip Kit is quick and easy to install, with no special tools required. In addition to this the kit is lightweight, safe and easy to handle.
Peace of mind is key, therefore the product complies with BS 8612 for performance, BS 5250 for ventilation and BS 5534 for mechanical fixing.
Available in 3 colours to blend with any roof, it comes as a complete kit, including:

- Lay underlay in the usual way and screw fix the hip battens to hip batten supports which are in turn screw fixed to the hip rafter
- The method of fixing ridge battens will depend upon the type of roof structure. Once the ridge batten is in position, the ridge roll is rolled out along the ridge and stapled or nailed to the ridge batten
- Peel away the adhesive strip's backing tape and push fit the corrugated side flaps to follow the profile of the tiles, ensuring continuous contact.
- Cut the first hip tray in half, overlap the next full tray by 50mm and continue along the ful length of the hip before securing hip tiles to the hip batten by using the screw, washer and clamping plate provided
- Full fixing instructions are available and included in the Roll-Fix Kit packs
- Suits most concrete hip tiles. Can be used on clay hip tiles, where lugs do not interfere, when used with the clay conversion kit.
