IKOpro SA Bitumen Primer is fast-drying and ideal for ensuring a long-term bond between the roof surface and subsequent membranes being applied.
Typical Application coverage rates depend on the porosity of the substrate:
Approximate Coverage:
Bituminous roofing: 5 m2/litre
Concrete: 3-4 m2/litre
Fibre cement: 10-12 m2/litre
Timber: 10-12 m2/litre
Metal surfaces: 10-15 m2/litre
